Grand Piano Room Rental Terms & Conditions

By renting the room, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Users must comply with the rental regulations set by Sparkle Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). If any violations occur, the Company reserves the right to terminate the rental service immediately without refunding the payment.
2. Users are not allowed to store or place any personal belongings within the premises, nor post notices, announcements, or any unauthorized promotional materials without the Company’s permission.
3. Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the piano room. The Company reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee and terminate the rental if this rule is violated.
4. Users should not move any equipment in the room without prior approval. If any equipment is moved, it must be returned to its original position before leaving.
5. Users are responsible for any damage, destruction, or loss of the facilities and must compensate the Company at the original price of the damaged item.
6. The piano room may only be used for educational and/or musical practice purposes, or for any other activities specified by the Company. It cannot be used for other purposes without permission.
7. All activities conducted within the premises must comply with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect on the rental date, users are entitled to reschedule the booking free of charge within a one-month validity period.
9. Users must ensure that their sound levels do not cause disturbances to others. If violated, the Company reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately.
10. The Company reserves the final right to approve or reject any rental applications without providing an explanation.
11. Users are solely responsible for the personal safety of themselves and their invitees while using the facilities.
12. Users must take care of their personal and group belongings. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
13. The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the piano room, whether civil or criminal.
14. If any injury, loss, or damage occurs due to the user’s negligence, or that of an authorized individual, leading to legal claims against the Company, the user must fully indemnify the Company and take full responsibility.
15. The Company reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice.
16. In case of disputes, the Company reserves the final decision-making authority.
